Here at TG Creative, we strive for top quality products and excellent customer service. If you do have an error with your order once it arrives, Please reach out to use immediately at info@tgcreative.net. Custom items & vinyl decals are not subject to returns. If you would like to have a return label provided for you, that will be deducted from the refunded amount. If you want to proceed with a refund, The breakdown is as follows:
TGC A: Perfect condition. (Unopened & like-new) = 90% refund or 100% store credit.
TGC B: Re-conditionable. (Packaging opened or damaged) = 80% refund or 90% store credit.
TGC C: Inability to restock. (Product & packaging both damaged) = 70% refund or 80% store credit.
Store credits will be issued as a Gift Card which will be sent via email
